Very convenient location next to the train station. A lot of the major attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. Clean, modern hotel with good service.

Avoid at all costs and be careful: 4 laptops stolen during our conference's coffee break. Anyone can come into this hotel, walk freely around and enter any meeting room. Staff reacted very badly to the event, blaming us for leaving our laptops in the meeting room (breaks were 15 mins long) and refusing to even call the police. On another note, food (breakfast and lunch) is tasteless, bland, industrial. The bar does attract quite a crowd at night, and not just travellers, some "professional" ladies also. There are other hotels around the central station, avoid this one.

This hotel is located in an area of Berlin called “Europacity”. It is a short walk from this hotel to Berlin’s main metro station. The staff was indeed cordial and friendly. They directed me to a laundry area just across the street. The check-in area is spacious. Additionally there is a café area in the check-in area with a bar and plenty of tables and seating. This hotel is an urban design, clean, and with a spacious area where one can have breakfast. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast buffet. This hotel features a robot that collects dirty plates and takes them back to the kitchen for cleaning then returns to collect more dirty plates. The room was clean. This hotel is recommended.

Good location, rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine! Áll the staff were very kind; and helpful. The hotel is H rewards member so we get free ticket for the public transport for the whole time we were in Berlin for the whole family. I offer the hotel.

I stayed here after a late-arriving flight and was perfectly happy with my stay. The rooms were well furnished and laid-out, the shower was powerful and the bed soft. My only complaint is I wish the door either locked automatically or had a more intuitive lock, I realised I hadn’t locked my room the next morning. I especially appreciate the staff, who were helpful and friendly even in the wee hours of the morning.
